Music School
How do I contact a teacher about
lessons?
All communications with our faculty (including scheduling lessons)
are done through our staff at the front desk. If you'd like to schedule
a lesson, or have any questions about lessons, please inquire at
the front desk, or call (303) 777-1003.
Where are lessons taught?
All music lessons (including private lessons) are taught at Swallow
Hill's facility at 71 E. Yale Ave. in Denver, unless otherwise noted
in the description. Unfortunately, our teachers cannot come to private
homes to give music lessons.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the minimum enrollment is not met, classes are
cancelled 24 hours before they start. Enroll early to
ensure classes run.
What are your refund, credit and
transfer policies?
Students may drop or transfer to another class
before the 3rd class starts. Partial prorated credits
are given for dropped classes. If the 3rd class has
started, there are no credits available. No refunds are
issued unless we cancel a class. Please stop by or call
the Front Desk for any of these issues at (303)
777-1003.
Do you offer Financial Aid?
Partial financial aid is available for groups
classes and is awarded based on need. Interested
students can call Denise at (303) 777-4394, stop by.

Daniels Hall, Tuft Theatre and The Café. For other venues, please contact David
Weingarden at

or (303) 777-1908 How can I get a Swallow Hill Musician to perform
at my wedding/party/event?
Check our Performers On Call
page, which lists local artists who are available to play at a variety
of events. You are also welcome to post a notice on our bulletin board
outside the Café. (Unfortunately, Swallow Hill does not have
the staff time to help the public book artists for events.) Since
many Swallow Hill musicians make their living at least partially as
performers, they are not usually available to perform for free or
for exposure. However, you may be able to find students
who are willing to play for little compensation.
Who
do I contact if I would like to be a performing artist at Swallow
Hill?
Send a one-sheet/press kit with CD to David Weingarden, Director of
Concerts at 71 East Yale Avenue, Denver, CO 80210. You can also
email EPKs and links to your website and social networking sites to him at
